These terms govern your use of westandthird.com and purchases from West & Third. Our store is hosted on Shopify. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Refunds policy, subject to applicable law.

Using the store

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement where you live or have permission from a parent or legal guardian. Please provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information. Do not misuse the website, interfere with its security, submit fraudulent orders, or use its content for unlawful purposes.

Products and descriptions

Our products are made to order. Review each listing for materials, dimensions, available variants, and care instructions. Styled photographs may include props that are not included with your purchase. Colors and print placement can vary slightly because of screen settings and the production process. These variations do not excuse a material difference from the item described or a manufacturing defect.

Pricing and payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless a different currency is expressly shown. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed before payment. Prices and availability may change for future orders. The total you approve at checkout applies to your order, subject to correction of an obvious error with your consent or cancellation and a refund.

Orders

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. If an item becomes unavailable, an obvious pricing or listing error occurs, or we reasonably suspect fraud, we may contact you to resolve the issue or cancel the affected order. If we cancel an order for which payment has been collected, we will refund the canceled items and applicable charges. We will not substitute an item or increase an order total without your agreement.

Production, shipping, and cancellations

Production and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping Policy. Orders may arrive in separate packages. Contact us immediately for a change or cancellation request; once production starts, we may be unable to accommodate it. Your rights concerning delayed shipment, incorrect items, or defects remain unaffected.

Returns and refunds

We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges. Damaged, defective, incorrect, and undelivered orders are handled under our Returns & Refunds policy and applicable law.

Our content and third-party services

Website text, artwork, photographs, and branding belong to West & Third or their respective owners and licensors. You may browse and use them for personal shopping purposes. Reproduction or commercial use requires the relevant owner's permission. Third-party websites and services linked from this store have their own terms and privacy practices.

Availability and legal rights
